SHIPPING
INFORMATION
You
will receive free ground shipping within the continental United
States on all jewelry orders totaling $100 or more. Gifts and
Boccia items are excluded. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: US Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. If you would like to upgrade to overnight,
the additional charges will be added to your total in the check-out
process. All packages are insured accordingly and may have to
be signed for. We cannot deliver to a PO Box. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday.
You will
receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. If an item
is not immediately available, we will notify you via e-mail.
If the order
needs to be shipped outside of the continental US, please contact
us via e-mail or phone and we will contact you regarding shipping
charges.
REFUND
POLICY
An item may be returned for a full refund within 14 days from
the date the item was shipped. The item must be returned in its
original packaging materials, and accompanied by the original
receipt. All returned items must be in new and unworn condition
and without having been sized or altered in any way. We will refund
the charges less our shipping charges in the same form of payment
that the purchase was made.
